Child and Teen Checkups

Minnesota's Child and Teen Checkups are a free benefit to children and teens under age 21 enrolled in Medical Assistance.

Checkups are provided by your regular healthcare provider including:

Complete physical exam.
Developmental screenings.
Hearing and vision checks.
Vaccinations.
Lab tests, including lead testing.
Physical and mental health information.
Regular dental checkups.
(Starting at 12 months of age).
Referrals to other health specialists as needed.
