WIC is a nutrition and breastfeeding program that helps families eat well and stay healthy.
WIC provides nutrition education and one-on-one counseling about food, nutrition, and breastfeeding.
WIC provides food benefits to buy healthy foods, including fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, protein foods, whole grains, cereals, infant foods and more. Benefits are loaded onto an eWIC card for convenient shopping.
WIC also helps with referrals to other health and community services.
