Meeting people where they are
The “Mental Health in Motion” Outreach program aims to bring mental health, substance use disorder, and social service resources directly to people and communities in Washington County.
The mobile team helps reach individuals who may face barriers or stigma in accessing traditional services by offering support right in their neighborhoods. They will make regular stops at community sites, offering on-the-spot assistance, information, resources, and referrals.
