Access Washington County Land Records with RecordEASE
RecordEASE is Washington County’s secure online platform for accessing land records maintained by the Property Records Division of the Property Records and Taxpayer Services department.
With a low-cost monthly subscription to RecordEASE, users can access detailed property information without to visiting our office. Torrens users will have the added benefit of accessing Certificates of Title with clickable memorials, allowing direct viewing of recorded documents.

RecordEASE is Washington County's commercial product for accessing land records maintained by the County Recorder. Users will have access to recorded documents and images in RecordEASE without having to visit our physical location.

To Subscribe
Complete the RecordEASE web subscription agreement and email, mail, or return it to the Washington County Recorder's office. The Agreement must be signed by a company officer or individual who has the authority to bind your organization to this Agreement. All signatures must be original. We will not accept photocopied, scanned, or stamped signatures.
- If you do not have an existing escrow account, include a completed Escrow Account Setup form along with a deposit.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing new subscriptions. Access will only be granted after receiving the completed documents.
- The County Recorder's office provides you with user IDs and passwords once your subscription is accepted.
