About the Study

Washington County, in partnership with the Cities of Cottage Grove and Woodbury, is leading a corridor study for an approximately 5-mile segment of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 19 (Keats Ave) between US 10/TH 61 and Dale Road. The purpose of this study is to better understand existing conditions, anticipate future corridor needs driven by development, and identify long-term improvement options.

Study Goals

  • Develop a deeper understanding of corridor needs and opportunities through a thorough data collection effort. 
  • Build on technical understanding by gathering stakeholder and public input on corridor condition and needs.
  • Develop and build support for improvement options and an implementation approach that outlines actionable strategies to support a safe, connected environment for all users.
