Nyob Zoo, and Happy April! We have made it one step closer to longer days of sunlight and warmer weather! The Community Engagement Team was established 2 years, and consists of five members: Muna, Seiquayia, Alex, Murugi, and myself. We all serve different communities within Washington County to help communities and residents thrive by connecting them with programs to enhance their overall health and well-being. We meet with clients where they are and can help them apply to programs such as Emergency Assistance, Healthcare programs, SNAP, and WIC, as well as host/attend community events. Check out our website to learn more about our work or submit a referral: Community Engagement | Washington County, MN - Official Website.
