In partnership with Washington County, the City of Scandia has been creating a plan to improve connections for pedestrians, bicyclists, and all modes of travel within the City Center. Over the last few months, the project team has developed a set of concept ideas and we’d like your input! Community feedback will shape the final recommendations for the study, which will be completed in the Fall of 2024. 

You can view and comment on the multi-modal concepts through the end of September, 2024 in the following ways:

1. Visit the project website to learn about the project and comment on concept ideas by Friday, September 27th.
