While construction of the County Highway 14 (Osgood Avenue) Project in Baytown Township is substantially complete, some final work remains and is anticipated to be completed next year.

The remaining work includes the reconstruction of the Union Pacific Railroad Crossing and the new traffic light at the intersection of Osgood Avenue and 47th Street that will be linked to the Railroad Crossing.

Until the Union Pacific Railroad reconstructs its crossing, the highway will be placed in a temporary configuration, including channelized lanes and all-way stop signs. Washington County is continuing to work with Union Pacific Railroad to express the urgency to reconstruct the crossing to get this highway in its final configuration.
