Construction on the Lake Elmo Park Reserve 2024 Pavement Resurfacing project has begun and will continue through November. The project is located within Lake Elmo Park Reserve and includes approximately 0.7 miles of the park access road, which is technically Keats Avenue North, and 3.8 miles of paved trails as shown in red on the map below. Project improvements will include roadway and trail resurfacing, installation of new pedestrian ramps, and crosswalk striping.
