Did you know that state law prohibits leaves, grass clippings, brush and other plant material from being put in the trash?
Search the Disposal Directory to find more drop-off locations. Call first to verify fees, days, hours, and materials accepted.
Some waste haulers may pickup yard waste. Contact your hauler for details.
- Items accepted from households only. No business waste allowed.
- Bags of yard waste must be emptied on site and taken with you.
- Residents bringing material by mechanical or hydraulic dumping trailer will need to fill out the Dumping Trailer Approval Form and receive approval from county staff before bringing the trailer to theNorth Yard Waste Site.
- Need to renew your dump trailer permit? You will receive an email one month prior to your permit’s expiration with a link and instructions for renewal.

Winter Hours: December 1 - March 31
- Monday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. (or dusk)
- Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Closed on all county-observed holidays.

- Tree waste and shrubs.
- Food scraps (Must be separated from yard waste. Learn more about food scraps drop-off.).
Items Not Accepted
- No sod.
- No stumps or root balls.
- No dirt, rocks, or mulch.
- No business waste.
