The state of Minnesota has established state Program Integrity channels to ensure tips are routed directly to the appropriate area.

In partnership with Minnesota, these referrals are sent to Washington County to be investigated by our cross-departmental team from Community Services and the Sherriff's Office.

Suspected Fraud Committed by Health Care Providers

Use for suspected fraud committed by health care providers such as facilities, hospitals, clinics, group residential housing, and long-term care providers.

These investigations are completed by state agencies.

Suspected Fraud in Grants, Contract or Other Abuse of Public Resources

These investigations are completed by state agencies including the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Office of Legislative Auditor.
